Sotira Waterfalls & Banja Lake

A destination off the beaten track !

Sotira Waterfalls, one of the Albanian nature pearls that is visited and explored by Albanian people and by foreign tourists too.

It is located 16 kilometres far from Gramsh town and to reach waterfall area, you have to walk less than one hour. The name “Sotira “ comes from the name of a village near there that has been populated by 120 houses, meanwhile today only 20 of them are habitable.

The height of the waterfall is about 100 metres and it springs from Tomorri mountain, and with its marvelous beauty it has contributed in attracting the attention of not only locals but all people from around Albania.

Tour Program

• Start of the trip at 8:00
• Coffee break 20 minutes during the trip
• Arrival to the Sotira Village
• Walking to the magical Sotira waterfall around one hour
• The land that we traverse is on level 1 difficulty and suitable for everyone who is fit and healthy

Sport clothes, hiking shoes or trainers, backpack , a bottle of water 1.5 l ,cotton clothes to change , food, dry fruit , chocolates a lot of energy.
